You cannot go wrong with spicy grilled chicken, sweet peppers and onions and plenty of melted cheese in golden brown, toasted butter bread! You could even make this with some of the homemade corn tortillas if you are up to the challenge of making them. I have made Chicken Fajitas before and man are they amazing. The thickness, moistness and the melt in your mouth that you get from homemade vs store bought is huge!
Many people enjoy going out to dinner to a Mexican restaurant and order either the steak or chicken fajitas and leaving the work to the chefs. Once in a while it nice to make them at home with the family!
Side Note: Check out these stripped cutting boards. If you are into entertaining these can double as a serving tray for my appetizers.
Here are some condiment recipes you may want to add.
This is award winning salsa! It was said to have too much garlic, but I will be the first to tell you that you can never have too much garlic.
Best Ever Guacamole is a wonderful recipe. Eating this with a spoon would work just fine if I did’nt have any chips on hand. I love how natural the ingredients are.
I have made thousands of tortillas over the years, but when I took that first bite of hers, it just melted in my mouth. The texture was soft and very flexible. I can’t believe just a few changes made all the difference in the world. Gracias, Norma Leticia Mendez.
