Chili Verde

5 pounds Pork Roast, Pork Chops any Pork meat trimmed into 1 inch chunks.
1 dozen tomatillos
6 large Jalapenos
8 large garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin

Rachel's Jalapeno Rice

White Rice
Butter
Olive Oil
Jalapenos
Onion
Chicken Bouillon

I just mix all ingredients into my rice cooker, turn it on and it cooks itself. You may want to give it a good stir once it starts bubbling but it is not necessary.
