Rachel's Jalapeno Rice

This is for a large service and you can adjust it depending on your crowd size.

3 cups of white long grain rice
6 cups of water
16 and YES 16 good sized cloves of garlic minced (fresh)
1-1/2 Tablespoons of chicken bouillon powder
4 Tablespoons of butter
1 Tablespoon olive oil
6 jalapeno peppers finely diced

I just throw all the ingredients into my rice cooker and turn  it on. You might want to give it a stir once it starts to bubble.
