How to Make Homemade Ice Cream

For many years, everyone has enjoyed the many flavors of ice cream. We all love to eat it and enjoy every minute of it. People will always go out and buy ice cream to the store or at a local ice cream shop or sometimes when the ice cream truck passes by. That can be quite expensive over time. How would you like to learn to make homemade ice cream?

First off, there are different ways to go about making homemade ice cream. Ice cream makers can vary anywhere from $25 to $300 each. You can buy a manual ice cream maker or an electric one. The electric ice cream makers will usually take about 20-40 minutes for your ice cream to be ready to eat. If you want a kid-friendly ice cream that will be ready in about 5-10 minutes though, you will need some simple ingredients.

You will need 1/2 cup of milk, one tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla, 6 tablespoons of rock salt, some ice and a small and a large storage bag. You will need to put in the large bag the ice and the salt and close it. Then you need to put the rest of the ingredients in the small bag and close it. Put the small bag into the large one and make sure to close it tight. If you want your kids to help, have them shake the bags for about five minutes or until the contents turn to ice cream. After that, all there is to do is enjoy. This is a fun way to have your kids involved in creating something delicious. Enjoy
